CPM specialises in safety at height protection systems. Formed in January 2001 by Calvin and John Martin, CPM have quickly become established as one of the leading specialists operating in this sector throughout Ireland.

New Regulations announced by the Health & Safety Executive Northern Ireland (HSENI), became compulsory from 11 July 2005.
The regulations require duty holder to ensure:

- ALL WORK AT HEIGHT IS PROPERLY PLANNED AND ORGANISED

- THOSE INVOLVED IN WORK AT HEIGHT ARE COMPETENT

- THE RISKS FROM WORK AT HEIGHT ARE ASSESSED & APPOPRIATE WORK EQUIPMENT

- THE RISKS FROM FRAGIL SURFACES ARE PROPERLY INSPECTED & MAINTAINED.

The regulations include schedules giving requirements for existing places of work and means access for work at height, collective fall prevention (e.g. guardrails and working platforms), collective fall arrest (e.g. nets, airbags etc), personal fall protection (e.g. work restraints, fall arrest and rope access) and ladders.
